Use this recommended top quantity Ground Arrowroot as stated in your baking recipe, you can use it when making rye cake, tartlets, polnta cake, chocolate cake, custard tarts, gluten free cakes, cheesecake, fondants, puddings, panna cotta and much more.

An alternate baking ingredient to cornflour to avoid a cloudy result.

How To Use: To make a glaze, simply use one sachet for every 150ml (¼ pt) of liquid, mix with a little cold water before adding to your liquid.
