Sushi rice seasoning by Kikkoman. This super seasoning is made with with rice vinegar that is the perfect pantry companion when you want to make sushi rice. It’s milder than conventional vinegar and has a lower acid content. You can use it for all kinds of things, not just making sushi rice. It’s also ideal for salads or as a marinade for meat and fish.
This Kikkoman sauce is suitable for vegans.
Preparation Serving Suggestion
Use 3 tablespoons of seasoning fo sushi rice on cooked rice (approx 360g) and mix well while the rice is hot.
